Absolutely phenomenal experience at Crafted – The Art of the Taco! I had the What’s Poppin’ Burger and WOW — every bite was packed with flavor! Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I also grabbed a side of the chipotle mayo, and let me tell you... elite. Huge shoutout to the chef — you can tell they pour passion and creativity into every dish. The atmosphere was vibin’, the energy was just right, and our server was super attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area. Great food, great vibes, and an overall unforgettable dining experience!

Everything was perfect! Great margarita. I love the flour tortilla option for the chips. Loves the salsa. Blackbeans were well seasoned but not salty and had a great texture. The hot chicken taco was my favorite. I enjoyed the Hollywood, but wish it was a little saucier. I'd come back.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Charlotte. Never spent anytime in this part of Mebane. Cute downtown area with lots of shops. The tacos at Crafted were excellent. We had the fried fish tacos and they were very good, although maybe just a tad overdressed. The mac & cheese was very good and the duck fat braised collards were EXCELLENT! It was just after they opened on Friday and the staff seemed a bit slow to warm up but our quiet and seemingly surly waitress lightened up considerably by the end of our service. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely loved our visit to Crafted: The Art of the Taco in Mebane! From the moment we walked in, we were met with warm, friendly service. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food and drink runners were just as friendly. Everyone genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the experience even better. The owner was present during our visit and took the time to check in with guests, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. That personal touch made the place feel extra special. As for the food—delicious! Chef Johnny’s specials were the standout, packed with flavor and clearly crafted with care. The atmosphere was cozy and laid-back, making it a perfect spot to relax with friends. They also have a solid drink selection that complemented the meal really well. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Great people, great food, and a super comfortable vibe!

We’ve been going to crafted for almost 2 years now. It’s probably my families favorite place in downtown Mebane. The food is amazing. Best burgers and tacos around. Both are unique and well worth it. They got a seasonal Brussel sprout app that’s amazing!!! Tate (the owner) and her staff are always great. You’ll never have a complaint when it comes to quality and customer service.

First time at this restaurant and it was fantastic! Our party of 4 all said their entrees were delicious! I had the One & Only smashburger with pimento cheese. I can’t wait to go back and have it again! All of the servers were super nice and attentive. They all smiled at us and kept a look out for us, not just the server that was assigned to us. Great place! My only comment for improvement are the floors. They have a treatment that make the floors somewhat slippery for non-rubber-soled shoes.

10/10 no room to improve anywhere. Amazing hot fresh hand made food, tasty house made sauces, hot crispy fries, hot fresh made chips, great queso, tacos are fresh and flavorful, friendly attentive staff, cold beer, clean environment, great atmosphere. This place is an absolute gem. Coming from a person who has incredibly high standards for myself and my business. I would never say I am above a 9 because I believe there is always room to improve. This place is a solid 10. Everything was spot on. I live 90 minutes away and I will certainly be back regularly!
